This Privacy Policy explains how Aidesphere Enterprise, a business registered in Sarawak, Malaysia ("Aidesphere", "we", "us" or "our"), handles personal data collected through the Aidesphere website and related enquiries.

The public website currently serves its website fonts locally and does not require a browser connection to Google Fonts.

10. Marketing Communications

Aidesphere does not use information submitted through the general website enquiry form as automatic consent for unrelated marketing communications.

If Aidesphere introduces optional marketing subscriptions in the future, those activities should use an appropriate separate consent or opt-out mechanism.

11. Cookies and Analytics

With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the main website and Opportunity Assessment page. This includes page visits, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, heatmaps, session recordings and selected events such as a backend-accepted enquiry. These usage records are processed by Microsoft. Our implementation keeps advertising storage denied and does not send enquiry names, contact details, enquiry text or reference numbers as custom analytics events.

Clarity is loaded only after you accept analytics. Form entries and enquiry response messages are masked in recordings. Analytics consent is separate from permission to review and respond to your enquiry; declining analytics does not prevent submitting an enquiry.

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days and shared between pages on the same website origin, including the assessment page. You can change it through Analytics preferences in the footer. Turning analytics off reloads the page to stop the running tracking script; submit or save unfinished form entries first.

Accepting analytics permits Clarity cookies for session measurement. Essential hosting and browser operations may still occur regardless of this choice. For details of Microsoft's data practices, read the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
